No catch. The Starter plan includes project management, time tracking, documents, contacts, tasks, and team calendar. You only pay more if you need logistics (Professional) or advanced modules like freelancer management, commissions, and sponsoring (Business). Client users and accountants are always free — they do not count as seats.

Question 4

We are a team of 3. Is this too much for us?

Toolio was built for small teams. The interface adapts — you only see modules you have activated. Most small teams are productive within a day.

We manage equipment and materials. Does Toolio handle that?

Toolio runs on Supabase with row-level security — every organization's data is isolated at the database level. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything at any time. We do not sell data or use it for training. GDPR compliant.
